Points will expire after 12 months without activity. Placing an order, or earning points any other way, starts the 12 months again. Your tier, however, will never reset.
How do tiers work?
Tiers are achieved through lifetime spend. Your tier will never reset, once you enter the next tier you are there for the lifetime of your account. Each tier will give you more rewards and discount.
How do I refer a friend?
Your referral link is in your rewards account. Email that link to a friend, and when they order using your link, you each get $10 off your next order.
