Shipping

Orders typically take 5-10 business days prior to shipping for our team to prepare your order. We appreciate your patience as our team is hard at work everyday to get orders out as quickly as possible. Shipping rates are based off the weight of your order.
Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $275 within the United States. Please note that free shipping will not apply if other discounts are used.
Order Confirmation
- You will receive a confirmation email with your order number right after your order is placed. At the time of shipping you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Processing Times
- Orders are typically processed within 5-10 business days.
- During high-volume periods (sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer. We will keep you informed of any delays.
Shipping Carriers
- We use USPS, FedEx International & DHL Express International. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
International Shipping
- We ship internationally!
- International shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.
Shipping Restrictions
- We may be unable to ship to certain locations due to carrier restrictions.
Changes to Shipping Address
- Please contact us immediately if you need to change your shipping address. We cannot guarantee we can accommodate changes once an order has been processed.

Exchanges
- To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

- If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. The customer is always responsible for shipping fees on exchanges.

Damages and issues
